Description
Air Fryer Apple Pie Bites are buttery, flaky biscuit dough filled with sweet apple pie filling, coated in cinnamon sugar and cooked until golden in the air fryer. They’re the perfect quick dessert for fall, holidays or anytime you’re craving mini apple pies.
Ingredients
For the Apple Pie Bites:
1 can (16.3 oz / 462 g) refrigerated large flaky biscuits
1 cup canned apple pie filling, chopped into small pieces
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Non-stick cooking spray
Optional for Serving:
Vanilla ice cream
Caramel sauce or icing drizzle
Powdered sugar
Instructions
1. In a shallow bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
2. Finely chop the apple pie filling into small pieces.
3. Separate the biscuits and split each one into two layers to make 16 dough rounds. Flatten each into a 3½-inch circle.
4. Place about 1 tablespoon of apple filling in the center of each dough circle. Bring the edges together and pinch tightly to seal, then gently roll into smooth balls.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
6. Dip each dough ball into the melted butter, then coat completely in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
7. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the bites seam-side down, leaving space between each one.
8. Air fry for 7 to 8 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
9. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce or powdered sugar if desired.

Seal the dough tightly to prevent the filling from leaking.
Chop the apple filling into small pieces for easier shaping.
Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
Serve warm for the best texture and flavor.
