Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges

3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

1 cup (200 g) feta cheese

¼ cup (60 g) Greek yogurt (for whipped feta)

1 tbsp olive oil (for whipped feta)

½ cup (120 g) Greek yogurt (for herb yogurt)

1 tbsp olive oil (for herb yogurt)

1 small garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp lemon juice

Pinch of salt (for herb yogurt)

3 tbsp (45 ml) honey

½ tsp chili flakes

½ tsp hot sauce (optional)

Fresh parsley, to garnish

Extra chili flakes, to garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges about ¾ inch thick at the widest part.

3. In a large bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet, leaving space between each one.

5. Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until deeply caramelized and crispy on the outside and tender inside.

6. While the wedges roast, blend the feta, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small blender for 30–60 seconds until smooth and fluffy.

7. In a small bowl, mix the ½ cup Greek yogurt with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and salt.

8. In another small bowl, whisk together the honey, chili flakes, and hot sauce (if using).

9. Spread the whipped feta in a swooping layer across a serving plate or wooden board. Add dollops of garlic herb yogurt on top.

10. Pile the crispy sweet potato wedges generously over the creamy base.

11. Drizzle the hot honey beautifully over everything.

12. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and extra chili flakes. Serve immediately.

Notes

Cut wedges uniformly so they cook evenly.

Don’t overcrowd the pan—wedges need space to crisp.

Use 425°F minimum for the best caramelization.

Flip halfway through for golden edges on both sides.

Use room-temperature feta for the smoothest whipped texture.

Make the dips ahead—they taste even better after sitting an hour.

Leftover wedges reheat best in the air fryer or oven.
