Ready in just 18 minutes, it’s fresh, vibrant, and effortlessly impressive.

Ingredients

For the Fruit Cubes

3 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes

3 ripe peaches, cut into 1-inch cubes

6 oz (170 g) feta cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes

Fresh mint leaves, for layering and garnish

For the Hot Honey-Mint Drizzle

1/3 cup honey

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

Cut the watermelon into evenly sized 1-inch cubes.

Cut the peaches into similar-sized cubes.

Cut the feta cheese into matching cubes.

Wash and dry the fresh mint leaves.

Combine the honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan.

Warm gently over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes without boiling.

Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped mint, and flaky sea salt.

Allow the drizzle to cool slightly.

Arrange the watermelon, peach, and feta cubes on a serving platter or thread them onto appetizer skewers, alternating each ingredient and adding small mint leaves between the layers.

Drizzle the warm hot honey-mint mixture evenly over the assembled cubes.

Garnish with extra fresh mint leaves.

Serve immediately while the fruit is chilled and the honey is slightly warm.

Notes

Choose ripe but firm peaches for neat cubes.

Use chilled watermelon for the freshest flavor.

Block feta packed in brine provides the best texture and presentation.

Warm the honey gently to preserve its natural flavor.

Drizzle the honey just before serving for the freshest results.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 day and keep the hot honey separate until serving.
